Commissions

• Payment is required before work begins (or 50% deposit for projects over EUR 5,000).
• You receive 3 revision rounds during the sketch phase.
• Completed commissions are non-refundable.

Copyright

• I always keep copyright of my artwork.
• You receive a personal-use license unless we agree on commercial rights.
• Commercial use requires a separate license.

Digital downloads

• Delivered instantly and not refundable.

Physical products

• Orders ship within 3 business days.
• Returns are accepted within 14 days for unused items.

Bookings & performances

• Dates are confirmed after deposit.
• Deposits are non-refundable within 30 days of the event.

Privacy

• Your data is used only to process orders and communicate with you.
• Your data is never sold.
